Friday 23th April 2010 HOG fun ride.On this Friday we held our weekly fun ride as always we had a lot of fun and laughter. We set out at 8 o’clock sharp with almost 40 motorcycles. There were 3 safety officers and one back up. We were led by our road captain Sir. STRUIS ( Cesear Luidens ). He did very well, there were no complaints. Just one request from the safety officers to automobilists is to stop and cooperate so the tour can pass by without any problems and to all the bikers to please move to the right side if you see them coming so they won’t have to go to fast to get in front. The faster they need to go, more dangerous it becomes for them. The first stop was at the Tanki Leendert rumshop GEERMAN! When we left GEERMAN rumshop we were bothered by some cars that came between us because there were too much gaps ( open spaces ) between the riders. So next time stay close and uphold our group for our own safety. The second stop was at “ Urataka Center “ all the way in the back of Santa Cruz. When we arrived we saw that it was packed with real American MUSCLE cars. There was a carshow going on. When we stopped, the one and only Sir. Coisy showed everyone how to park your motorcycle Bonaire style and went down together with his girlfriend. Luckely they didn’t get hurt. Everybody was laughing and having fun. We stayed there for about half an hour and the left for San Nicolaas. The guys were afraid over there to get recognized by the lovely ladies in San Nicolaas. Maybe some unpaid bill problems, so we went on. We went to a nice and easy place called “ Papish Hide Away” were the ride ended about 23:00 o clock! At Papish the prices were really good because i got 2 premium drinks for 12 florins wich most places would give me just one.See u next time, be sure to ride with us! Sir COISY
